Victoria Moe Named Director of 战略行动

Victoria Moe joins 圣安东尼奥学院 as the new Director of 战略行动 (DSI). 在她的角色中, she will be responsible for identifying and implementing college initiatives designed to measurably improve college key performance indicators and student outcomes.

As the DSI, she will report to SAC President Dr. Naydeen González-De Jesús and work in 关闭 collaboration with the college executive team to develop and execute initiatives to improve college performance.

Moe comes to SAC after spending several years working for the City of Dallas. She started as the policy analyst for the mayor and city council in 2017. Her duties included building and maintaining relationships with metroplex municipalities, 非营利组织, 以及当地企业.

She also monitored legislation affecting the City of Dallas operations, facilitated citywide grants, and managed a variety of special projects.

Moe received a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin in 2022 and a Master of Science in Organizational Development & 领导 from the University of the Incarnate Word in 圣安东尼奥 in 2017. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Texas State University in San Marcos in 2012.

She has received several recognitions during her career, including The Hispanic 100, a list of the Top 100 Latinas in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area in 2022. She is also a member the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas and the National Association of Latino Elected & 任命官员.
